This page outlines important disclosures and limitations regarding the use of these services. By scheduling or using PremierBlu media services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Purpose of Services
PremierBlu Realty offers media services strictly for marketing and promotional use. All photography, video, and related content is intended to enhance the visual presentation of a property across listing platforms, websites, and advertising channels.
Media content is not intended to replace property inspections, surveys, appraisals, or any professional evaluation of the property.
2. Accuracy of Information
While every effort is made to capture properties accurately, media content may not reflect exact conditions at all times.
The listing agent and property owner are solely responsible for verifying all property details, including features, dimensions, condition, and layout. PremierBlu Realty makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any media produced.
3. Editing and Enhancements
Media content may be edited for brightness, contrast, color balance, and overall quality. Standard enhancements may include sky adjustments and minor object removal.
Any material alterations, including virtual staging or digital modifications that change the appearance of the property, should be disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising regulations and industry standards.
4. No Guarantee of Results
PremierBlu Realty does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of media services. The sale, lease, or performance of a property depends on multiple factors including pricing, market conditions, property condition, and location.
Media services are one component of a broader marketing strategy.
5. Drone and Aerial Media
Drone services, when provided, are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations established by the Federal Aviation Administration.
Aerial images and videos are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent exact property boundaries, neighboring structures, or current site conditions.
6. Third Party Providers
PremierBlu Realty may coordinate services through independent third party media providers. While we work with experienced professionals, we do not guarantee the performance, availability, or timelines of third party vendors.
PremierBlu Realty is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by third party providers.
7. Scheduling and Property Readiness
All appointments are subject to availability and may be impacted by weather, lighting conditions, or property access.
Agents and property owners are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready at the scheduled time. Failure to prepare the property may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
8. Usage Rights and Licensing
All media content remains the property of the original creator or licensed provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A limited, non transferable license is granted for use of the media solely for marketing the specific property for which it was created. Media may not be reused for other properties or for unrelated commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PremierBlu Realty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of media services or content.
This includes, but is not limited to, marketing performance, business outcomes, or reliance on visual representations.
10. Fair Housing Compliance
All use of media must comply with applicable fair housing laws, including the Fair Housing Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
Agents are responsible for ensuring that all marketing derived from media services remains compliant with these regulations.
11. Indemnification
By using PremierBlu media services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PremierBlu Realty, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of media, inaccurate property representation, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
12. Acceptance of Terms
